The 2018 JST- MoST Conference fully welcomes all the young researchers and students to present their studies in the oral and poster presentation/competition.
The Conference Theme includes:
- ICT for Quality of life
- eHealth and Health System Informatics
- Multimodal Innovation
These guidelines apply to all poster presentations for the 2018 JST- MoST Conference. If you have any questions, please contact conference secretary, 2018mdic.ictconf@gmail.com.
Abstract Submission
- Abstract Submission Deadline: November 8, 2018
- Abstracts should be 250-300 words(English) long (exclusive of title and keywords).
- Titles should not exceed 15 words.
- A list of 3-10 keywords that best describe the area of your submission has to be included at the end of the abstract.
- Abstracts can only be submitted via e-mail.
- The abstracts should include all authors' data: full name(s), affiliation(s), city(ies), country(ies). The submitting author will be considered as the corresponding author of the abstract and will be responsible for informing the other authors on the status of the abstract.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and will be blind-reviewed by the Conference Committee, which will decide on acceptance/rejection of submissions.
- Notification of acceptance/rejection will be emailed to the primary author by November 14, 2018.
- It is the authors’ responsibility to proofread their abstracts and/or papers before submission. Otherwise, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation or even scientific facts will be reproduced as submitted in the book of abstracts.
- Abstracts of duly registered authors will be included in the Conference printed material.

All presenters must register for the conference no later than November 19, 2018. Any presenter not registered by this date is subject to removal from the program.Key Date
